Mandate and remuneration agreements

The services of Barbara Loth are provided on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of Engagement, which are available from her office. In addition, individual mandate and remuneration agreements apply after closer consultation with the respective clients.

Information on alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act:

The competent consumer arbitration board for property disputes arising from a client relationship is the arbitration board of the legal profession, Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de. However, lawyers are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Barbara Loth is not prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, in particular the arbitration board of the legal profession.

This platform serves to initiate a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. However, lawyers are not obliged to participate in such proceedings. Barbara Loth is not prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure that can be initiated via this platform.
